Ewa Golińska

She comes from a family with musical traditions and, as a teenager, was awarded several times at violin competitions for young performers. She studied violin at the Academies of Music in Music Academies in Poznań and Bydgoszcz as well as musicology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Poznań.

Already at the beginning of her studies, early music performed on historical instruments became the focus of her artistic interests. This resulted in the establishment in 1993, together with her husband Aureliusz Goliński, the Arte dei Suonatori ensemble.

For more than a dozen years, she has primarily active in concerts with Arte dei Suonatori and, as a chamber musician and soloist, has given hundreds of concerts with the this ensemble hundreds of concerts throughout Europe and the United States.

She has collaborated with many important figures of the world early music scene, among which the most inspiring for the search for new ways of reading the arch-rich legacy of early music was her work with Martin Gester, Alexis Kossenko, Rachel Podger, Hidemi Suzuki and Robert Hill. At his credits include numerous recordings for radio stations and record labels such as BIS Records, Alpha, Channel Classics.
