Academia Kielcensis 2025

Academia Kielcensis is a transplantation of the French-English experience to Poland. Following the method used by J.E.Gardiner in London, a master and a pupil sit at each orchestral desk: together they prepare a joint performance of selected works.

Each student has individual lessons, both from their instrument and in chamber ensembles. They present the fruits of their work during the final concert, which this year will take place on 7 September at the former Cracow Bishops' Palace in Kielce.

Cost

Participation is free of charge

The price for accommodation and meals is 200 PLN (~€46.5) per night

When registering, we require a deposit of 200 PLN (or €50), the remaining amount will be paid on site.

An integral part of the Academy is a concert on September 7th in Kielce, in the Former Palace of the Bishops of Krakow, during which the participants will present the result of their work.

Transport information

I will be using my own car and do not need any transport.

I need transport to the concerts of the Profetti della Quinta musicians, which will take place during the Academy in other towns in the region
On 7 September, I need transport from Rytwiany (location of this year's Academy) to Kielce (regional capital, location of the final concert, city from which you can travel by train to Warsaw and Krakow, among other places)
