Synagogue – Pińczów
The Old Synagogue in Pińczów is one of the oldest and best-preserved synagogues in Poland. Built in the early 17th century, its monumental interior with the aron ha-kodesh and preserved wall paintings reflect the importance of the local Jewish community. After extensive restoration in the 1990s, it now houses a branch of the Regional Museum.
Former Synagogue – Kielce
The former synagogue in Kielce, built at the beginning of the 20th century on the initiative of philanthropist Mojżesz Pfeffer, once served as the spiritual center of the city’s Jewish community. After World War II, it was repurposed to house the State Archives and lost its original Neo-Moorish character, acquiring a simplified Socialist Realist appearance.
